INOPREX is a development and manufacturing partner for supplements in tablet form: classic tablets, effervescent tablets and lozenges. Manufacturing runs via qualified contract manufacturers in the EU; the regulatory basis is LFGB, Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011 and NemV, with claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Regulatory classification
LFGB, Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011, NemV, Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Effervescent tablets require additional checks of sodium content and dissolution.
INOPREX develops, manufactures and takes on regulatory responsibility — in the role that fits your project. For medical devices we act as the legal manufacturer under EU MDR. For cosmetics and food supplements we either take on the role of the responsible person or the person placing the product on the market, or we manage development and production while your brand remains the market operator. Production runs together with leading contract manufacturers and fillers in the EU. White label uses established, documented formulations (MOQ from 10,000 units per SKU); private label develops an exclusive formulation to your briefing (MOQ project-dependent).

Why are effervescent tablets more demanding?
Because of the acid-base system and moisture-protective packaging; formulation and packaging are developed together.
Which claims are permitted?
Authorised health claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006; disease-related statements are prohibited. We review the full label.
