Contracting party

The contracting party is Inoprex Healthtec GmbH, Schillerstraße 20, 14513 Teltow, Germany, represented by the Managing Director Dr. Cornelia Hildebrandt.

Scope

These terms apply to development, manufacturing and consulting services of Inoprex Healthtec GmbH towards businesses. Deviating arrangements require written confirmation.

Offers and conclusion of contract

Offers are non-binding. The contract is concluded with our written order confirmation. Calculations and minimum order quantities are agreed per project.
