Professional users — hospitality, trades, healthcare — need high-frequency formats, refill systems and skin-friendly formulations. Products fall under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009; INOPREX takes on the responsible person role.

Regulatory classification
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, ISO 22716, PIF and CPNP notification. Occupationally used skin protection may also touch PPE aspects — assessed per project.
INOPREX develops, manufactures and takes on regulatory responsibility — in the role that fits your project. For medical devices we act as the legal manufacturer under EU MDR. For cosmetics and food supplements we either take on the role of the responsible person or the person placing the product on the market, or we manage development and production while your brand remains the market operator. Production runs together with leading contract manufacturers and fillers in the EU. White label uses established, documented formulations (MOQ from 10,000 units per SKU); private label develops an exclusive formulation to your briefing (MOQ project-dependent).

What matters most for professional customers?
Dispenser compatibility, yield and skin compatibility under frequent use. Formulation and packaging are aligned accordingly.
Are bulk containers possible?
Yes — canisters, Euro bottles and refill pouches; the MOQ is calculated per format (from 10,000 units per SKU).
Does this border on PPE?
Cosmetic skin protection remains cosmetic; if claimed as protective equipment, Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on PPE applies — we check upfront.
