## Frequently asked questions

**Are gummies really permitted as supplements?**

Yes, if they meet the requirements of the food information regulation and are positioned as supplements in the usual way. Warnings (e.g. for children) and dosing are mandatory.

**Gelatine or pectin?**

Both are possible; pectin enables vegan positioning. Texture and stability are tested per formulation.

**What MOQ applies?**
