Sun protection is particularly demanding: SPF and UVA testing per recognised methods, labelling and claims must be robust. White label from 10,000 units per SKU.

## Regulatory classification

## Frequently asked questions

**How is SPF substantiated?**

Via recognised in-vivo or in-vitro methods under ISO standards; the test reports are part of the PIF. We commission accredited laboratories.

**Which filters are permitted in the EU?**

Only UV filters listed in Annex IV of the cosmetics regulation, with maximum concentrations; the formulation respects these limits.

**What MOQ applies?**

White label from 10,000 units per SKU; private label project-dependent — SPF testing is included in the calculation.
