## Regulatory classification

Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, ISO 22716, PIF and CPNP notification; claims under Regulation (EU) No 655/2013.

## Frequently asked questions

**Which SPFs are possible on the lips?**

UV filters under Annex IV of the cosmetics regulation are permitted in sticks as well; SPF statements must be tested and substantiated.

**Are individual stick shapes possible?**

The shape depends on the contract manufacturer; standard Euro sticks are fastest, special shapes are project-dependent.

**What MOQ applies?**

White label from 10,000 units per SKU.
